Order Cancellation / Return

If you wish to cancel your order, whether it was placed on our website or by phone, you can do so by:
a) Sending an email to shop@macrovita.gr
b) Informing our call center at +30 210 2523380, ONLY if the products have not yet been delivered to the shipping agent. Please provide your Order Number for efficient service.

1) Right of Withdrawal

– You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, excluding the carrier.

– To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our company of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making an explicit statement (e.g. by sending an email). Please use the provided withdrawal form.

– The right of withdrawal, as mentioned in Article 3 of Law 2251/1994, does not apply if:

• The time interval between the date the order is received and the date of submitting the withdrawal form exceeds 14 calendar days.
• The product’s outer protective film has been violated, and the product is not in its original condition. Note: When a product is returned, it will undergo a detailed quality control from the company, reserving the right to take appropriate actions regarding the ruturn process.
• The product to be returned is not accompanied by the Retail Receipt.

– In the case of a bank payment or cash on delivery, the corresponding amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 calendar days upon receipt and verification of the returned products by shop.macrovita.gr.

– If the payment was made via a credit/debit card, the transaction will be canceled, and the money will be returned within 30 calendar days upon receipt and verification of the returned products by shop.macrovita.gr.

– In the case of a PayPal payment, money will be refunded to PayPal within 5 calendar days upon receipt and verification of the returned products by shop.macrovita.gr.

– Alternatively, the relative amount can be credited to your name and made available for a future order.

Note: If products are returned at the customer’s request, provided that all the above conditions are met, the customer will bear the exclusive responsibility for the delivery expenses. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

2) Defective/Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please call us at +30 210 2523380 or send an email to shop@macrovita.gr to be informed about the procedure to follow to get a replacement product. Please use this withdrawal form.

Note: We will replace the product at our own expense, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The time interval between the date the order is received and the date of submitting the withdrawal form does not exceed 7 calendar days.
2. The application is made via email to shop@macrovita.gr, stating relevant details and a phone number so that the competent department of our company can contact you for further clarification.
3. The product has not been opened or used and remains in its original condition.

Note: When a product is returned to shop.macrovita.gr, it will undergo a detailed quality control to determine the issue. If a defect is found, we will contact you to replace it or refund your money. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to shop.macrovita.gr. In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding Retail Receipt.
