Return Policy

Order cancellation / return

If you place your order either by visiting our website or by phone, it is possible to cancel it, by:
a) sending an email to shop@macrovita.gr
b) informing our call center +30 210 2523380, ONLY if the products have not yet been delivered to the shipping agent. For your best service, please be aware of your Order Number.

1) Right of Withdrawal

– You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you have acquired, or a third party designated by you has acquired the goods in his physical possession, other than the carrier.

– To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform our company of your decision to withdraw from your contract, making an explicit statement (i.e. by sending an email). Please use this withdrawal form.

– The right of withdrawal as mentioned on article 3 of Law 2251/1994, does not apply if:

• The time interval between the date the order is received and the date of submitting the withdrawal form exceeds 14 calendar days.
• The product’s outer protective film has been violated and the product is not in its original condition. Note: When a product is returned, it will undergo a detailed quality control from the company, expressly reserving for its further actions regarding the returning process.
• The product to be returned is not accompanied by the Retail Receipt.

– In case of a bank payment or cash on delivery, the corresponding amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 calendar days upon receipt and control of the returned products from shop.macrovita.gr.

– If the payment was made via a credit / debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the money will be returned within 30 calendar days upon receipt and control of the returned products from shop.macrovita.gr.

– In case of a PayPal payment, money will be refunded to PayPal, within 5 calendar days upon receipt and control of the returned products from shop.macrovita.gr.

– Alternatively, the relative amount can be credited to your name and become available for a future order.

Note: In case that products are returned at the request of the customer, provided that all the above conditions are met, then the delivery expenses shall be borne exclusively by the customer. Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

2) Defective / Wrong Products

In case of a defective or wrong product, please give us a call +30 210 2523380 or send an email to shop@macrovita.gr, to be informed about the procedure to follow to get a product replaced. Please use this withdrawal form.

Note: We will replace the product at our own expense, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The time interval between the date the order is received and the date of submitting the withdrawal form does not exceed 7 calendar days.
2. The application is made via email to shop@macrovita.gr stating relevant details and a phone number, so that the competent department of our company can contact you for relevant clarification.
3. The product has not been opened or used and remains in its original condition.

Note: When a product is returned to shop.macrovita.gr, it will undergo a detailed quality control to determine the problem. If a defect is found, we will contact you to replace it or refund your money. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to shop.macrovita.gr. In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding Retail Receipt.
