Shop.macrovita.gr values your loyalty and rewards your continued support! Every time you make a purchase, you earn points—1 point for every €1 spent—automatically credited to your account. You can redeem these points on your next order, receiving a €1 discount for every 25 points. Alternatively, feel free to accumulate your points and treat yourself later!

Terms and Conditions

• To redeem points and receive discounts, you must first create a user account at shop.macrovita.gr. If you already have an account, simply log in and place your order, selecting the points redemption option at checkout.

• Participation in the Loyalty Program is completely free and optional—no fees apply.

• By joining the Loyalty Program, you unconditionally accept the following terms and conditions. You may participate from your first order as a registered user, regardless of the order amount.

Points Earning & Redemption:

• You earn 1 point for every €1 spent, automatically credited to your account upon order completion.

• To earn points, ensure you are logged in before clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button.

• Earned points are added to your account and remain available for redemption until used.

• You may redeem any number of available points during your orders. Simply enter the number of points you wish to redeem in the “APPLY POINTS” field at checkout. The corresponding “Cart Discount” will be applied automatically.

• The “Your available points” field displays your total points balance. Redeemed points are deducted from this total.

• The redemption rate is €1 for every 25 points, with discounts calculated by rounding.

• Points can be redeemed at any time, with no expiration date, unless shop.macrovita.gr terminates the program. In such a case, unused points will be deleted and cannot be exchanged for cash or compensated in any way.

Additional Terms:

• Points cannot be earned retroactively for purchases made before the program’s launch.

• If an order is cancelled or withdrawn, any earned points will be deducted or not added at all.

• You can check your points balance at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the “Πόντοι | Points” section.

• Shop.macrovita.gr reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Loyalty Program or its Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website and take immediate effect.

• We also reserve the right to cancel participation and deduct points in cases of misuse, including tampering, software manipulation, or any act (electronic or otherwise) that disrupts or interferes with the program. Legal action may be taken against individuals who cause damage through unlawful behavior.
