Use
FACE: Simply spread to the entire face or apply locally at the points of interest. BODY: Simply spread and massage the desired body areas. HAIR: Apply from roots to ends also massaging the scalp lightly. Leave on for at least half an hour and then wash off. To easily remove from hair, apply shampoo and massage well before adding any water. NAILS: Simply spread a few drops.
